A representative for Strahan was allegedly seen outside the show’s headquarters on 67th and Columbus with a huge smile on his face. Strahan will fill the void left by Regis Philbin, who left the show last November after a 28 year run. Ripa had hosted the show alongside Philbin since 2001 and has co-hosted with 59 different people since the 80-year-old’s departure.
