When police pulled him over questioned him shortly after 5 p.m., they discovered that he was driving with a suspended license, authorities said. It's not known why his license was suspended. He was taken to the 28th Precinct station house, where he was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and making an illegal U-turn and given a desk appearance ticket. He's due to appear in court on Oct. 1.
