Casey Anthony, the reviled mom who was acquitted of murdering her two-year-old daughter, is back in the public eye -- but not by her choice. After 10 months of searching, investigators found Anthony at a residence in Florida and served her with a subpoena in a defamation lawsuit. The action could force her to face questions in a courtroom, under oath, about the death of her daughter, Caylee. A woman named Zenaida Gonzalez filed the suit after Anthony told authorities a babysitter named Zenaida Gonzalez kidnapped Caylee. Gonzalez is claiming defamation because she has the same name as the babysitter, who Anthony invented in 2008.
