Police in California are investigating a paparazzo's claim that he was attacked by teen singer Justin Bieber, according to a new report. According to TMZ, the unnamed photographer told police the incident happened Sunday at The Commons mall in Bieber's home suburb of Calabasas -- near Malibu, west of Los Angeles. An altercation allegedly blew up when he tried to take Bieber's picture. The photographer went to a hospital complaining of torso pain, while the Canadian pop star and his actress girlfriend Selena Gomez were nowhere to be seen when authorities arrived.
