The East Harlem boy who killed himself this week after constant bullying lost his father to suicide when he was just a baby, relatives told The Post today. Joel Morales’ dad jumped to his death from a Bronx rooftop nearly 12 years ago — and the eerie cycle has his mother, Lisbeth Babilonia, 43, devastated beyond words. “She’s going through the same thing she went through then,” said the woman’s other son, Richard Salazar, 25, “The same thing.”
