| Real estate honcho Harry Dubin is back on the right side of the law. Dubin and his ex-wife, Aviva Drescher, a new member of “The Real Housewives of New York City,” have been in court resolving child-support issues over their son, Harrison. A judge issued an “order of arrest” for Dubin last month after he failed to show up for an appearance in New York family court. But Dubin tells us he missed the court date only because he was “traveling” and that “everything has been resolved.” Dubin and Drescher divorced in 2005; Drescher refused to comment on the court case. Dubin incidentally has ties to other women of the Bravo reality show which starts its new season tonight.
