The spotlight’s on LiLo again — and this time, she’s La Liz. Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan has morphed into the stunning screen icon, right down to her elegant eyebrows and eye-catching bling, as filming starts for the Lifetime TV movie “Liz & Dick.’’ Lohan (pictured), looking glamorous in a white and green gown, and sporting an emerald and diamond bracelet on her hand, will star as the late Elizabeth Taylor (above). Grant Bowler of “True Blood’’ will play actor Richard Burton, Liz’s husband and tempestuous love.
