An ex-employee of the organization that pays reparations to victims of the Nazis pleaded guilty yesterday to scamming $550,000 from that fund as part of a massive, $57 million fraud on the German government. Zlata Blavatnik, 65, said she joined in the scheme while working as a clerk at the Manhattan office of the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany.
