Sure, he’s got talent — but he’s also a liar, an accused wife beater, and NBC has no idea what to do with him. Sgt. Timothy Michael Poe — the country-singing contestant on “America’s Got Talent” who military officials outted as a faker for claiming he suffered a brain injury during an RPG attack in Afghanistan — was busted for domestic abuse 10 years ago, one of his two ex-wives claimed. “I had him arrested in June 2002 for domestic violence,” ex Kelly Ballard told The Post. “He went to jail. Then I felt bad, and I bailed him out. Then he left, and I didn’t see him anymore.”
