Former “Good Morning America” host Joan Lunden has enjoyed sleeping in past 5 a.m. ever since her departure from the show, but Wednesday morning she had reason to rise with the sun. Her daughter, publicist Jamie Krauss, was working out at Barry’s Bootcamp on West 20th Street, with no idea that her boyfriend, G5 Entertainment managing director George Hess, was planning to propose at the end of the class. Lunden and Jamie’s two sisters entered the studio, and a rosy-faced Hess got down on one knee with a ring and proposed when the workout was over. Then they all celebrated with protein shakes in cups bearing the words “She said YES.”
