Stunning "Modern Family" star Sofia Vergara and her ex Nick Loeb have reunited following their split last month. The Colombian actress and businessman were seen out at dinner before heading to a Meatpacking district club on Thursday night. PHOTOS: SOFIA VERGARA Page Six revealed the pair had split in early May following a series of arguments, and Vergara moved out of Loeb's apartment and into a hotel. But friends tell us, "The truth is they love each other, but relationships are difficult. They have been talking a lot to work things out."
