The pain just doesn't stop for this poor guy. An ailing Bronx man -- whose sister died in surgery while trying to give him a kidney -- now will not be getting an expedited kidney donation despite being promised one by Montefiore Medical Center all day yesterday, The Post learned today. The latest stunning blow to Roberto Medina, 39, came as the agency that oversees cadaver organ donations nationwide said there is no "compassionate" exemption that allows recipients like Medina to jump to the front of the transplant waiting list because of a tragedy like his sister Yolanda's May 23 death at Montefiore Medical Center.
