Lindsay Lohan may have been treated for exhaustion on Friday after the actress went back to work -- but it didn't stop her partying late on Saturday night. The troubled starlet, who said she collapsed and was treated by paramedics after working 85 hours in four days, was spotted partying at West Hollywood's Chateau Marmont on Saturday, according to US Weekly.
