Andy Cohen is either angling for a war or a job with Oprah Winfrey.
The Bravo television executive, who became a talk show host himself with "Watch What Happens Live," gave Oprah some harsh advice yesterday during an appearance on "The Howard Stern Show."
"Here's the first thing that I would do, and it's the first thing I would have done two years ago: put on re-reruns of the freaking 'Oprah Winfrey Show,'" Cohen said
