Reese Witherspoon’s 70-year-old dad was slapped with a bigamy suit by the Oscar-winner’s mom for marrying his 60-year-old girlfriend — without getting a divorce first, according to court papers.

Mary Elizabeth “Betty” Witherspoon is demanding that John Witherspoon’s second marriage be annulled and that his new wife, Tricianne Taylor, be removed from any home owned by the longtime couple or their daughter.

The “Legally Blonde” star’s mom said she learned that her husband of 42 years had gotten married when she read an announcement in a local paper last month that stated the new couple had tied the knot in January and were planning a larger, formal ceremony in July.
