If Big Easy officers ever catch up with Gooding, he’ll be busted for misdemeanor battery. A rep for Gooding hadn’t yet spoken to the actor about the incident and declined comment. Gooding had been in New Orleans shooting “The Butler,” a movie about real-life White House butler Eugene Allen who served eight presidents.
