Drew Barrymore dropped Batman after one date. Hollywood star Christian Bale has told GQ Australia magazine that the pair went out together when they were teenagers. "We went to see some bloody awful horror film, and that was the end of it. She never called again," Bale, 38, said. It is easy to see why the two tried to get together, both were child stars, both worked with Steven Spielberg, and both had trouble dealing with fame at an early age. Bale's admission is a rare glimpse into his private life though, with most of his interviews focusing on his work.
